Sibon Chocolate Qatar – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy every bite of your Sibon Chocolate order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Period
We offer a 3-day return policy for orders within Qatar, starting from the day you receive your chocolates. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Products must be kept at the correct storage temperature (cool, dry place away from direct sunlight) and not show any signs of damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at sibon@withstand.qa within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent to:
Al Sidr Street, West Walk, Al Rayyan, Qatar
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your chocolates are:

Damaged during transit

Melted due to delivery conditions

Not what you ordered
Contact us right away at sibon@withstand.qa with photos of the item(s) so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or partially consumed chocolates

Custom-made or personalized chocolate orders

Sale or promotional items

Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original order (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
